Ginepro is the annexe to Villa Vernaschi. 55 sq.m. designed to accommodate couples holidaying on their own or with children.

The retro-style bedroom is bright and spacious.

The annexe includes a well-equipped bathroom with shower.

The tastefully furnished lounge and kitchen area measures 20 sq.m. and the accommodation includes all modern comforts: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

It includes a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and hairdryer.

Castagno

You’ll see from the moment you step over the threshold that we’ve put our heart and soul into making somewhere very special, designed to host a wealth of precious moments you’ll remember for ever.

The wooden floor and beautiful furnishings suit the magnificent countryside setting, creating a cozy retreat.

From the picture windows of the light-filled living room, your eye follows the gentle contours of the hills, as you breathe in the refreshing scent of earth and wildflowers brought to you on the breeze.

The spacious 80m2 living area has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine with Nescafé pods, kettle and toaster.

A cloakroom with laundry facilities can be found on the same level.

Olivo’s two bedrooms are located on the first floor: the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom shares a bathroom with the open space room located on the 40m2 mezzanine.

Olivo is a 180 mq apartment, accommodating 6 , and equipped with satellite TV, wifi, washing machine and hairdryer.

Quercia

Quercia offers visitors a true sense of peace and harmony. Outside, there’s all the beauty of the Marche countryside.

Inside, spread over 210m2, the carefully furnished rooms are characterised by meticulous design and magnificent materials. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people in maximum comfort, Quercia is the perfect arrival point for exploring the Marche region.

The living area is a very generous 100m2, with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a kitchen equipped with all the usual appliances, including a dishwasher, classic oven, microwave, coffee machine with Nescafé pods, kettle and toaster.

On the same level there’s a cloakroom with laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) on the first floor, and a study on the mezzanine. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower; one has a double bed, the other three single beds.
